Date: Friday, August 6, 2004

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 2004--WorldTeq Group International Inc. (OTC BB:WTEQ) a full-service solutions provider of Affinity Services including Long Distance, Financial Services, Internet Connectivity, announces the addition of Western Union Services to its MundoTeq web portal and the continuing expansion of the MundoTeq online Spanish shopping mall.

"Our goal with MundoTeq is to become the preferred Internet destination for services, entertainment, communications, and knowledge. By offering Western Union's services in Spanish language we are that much closer to meeting our goal. Western Union is the largest mover of cash world wide, with the majority from The United States to Latin American countries, specifically Mexico. Western Union also allows its users to pay bills online. The most important part of this new relationship is that it ties in this service with some of our other service offerings. Those MundoTeq users that purchase the BanqeCard have the ability to add cash to their card through Western Union. Additionally, MudoTeq's prepaid cell phone offering can be purchased through Western Union and most importantly additional monthly minutes can be purchases as well. By continually consolidating and aligning as many services as possible, MundoTeq becomes more of a required destination for its users. Best of all, we welcome the additional revenues that will be provided by Western Union's Affiliate program," stated Jeff Lieberman, CEO of WorldTeq.

Lieberman added, "We have also expanded our online partnerships to include to MundoTeq's online Spanish mall. We are expecting to add 5 or 6 additional stores before the launch, with many more by years end."

MundoTeq will officially launch in mid-September. Pre-launch information is available at
